Information the site receives
Service pages let you prepare a WhatsApp enquiry draft. Your entries remain in page memory and are not saved or sent to the website server. Opening WhatsApp transfers the draft to that service; you decide whether to send it. Document uploads are not available. You can also contact Haim by phone or email.
Hosting and infrastructure providers may process technical data needed to deliver and secure the site and diagnose errors, including an IP address, browser type, request time, and page address.
Booking a consultation
Online booking sends the name, contact details, language, selected service and phone or WhatsApp call choice to the office's private scheduling system, stored in Neon. Appointment contact details and call arrangements are used by Google Calendar and Gmail for the invitation, confirmation and enabled reminders.
An essential encrypted cookie lets you resume an unfinished booking request for up to 24 hours, including after a refresh or interrupted response. While the request is pending, it may contain the submitted contact details. After confirmation, it holds the booking receipt so you can check, change or cancel the appointment in the same browser. The confirmed receipt expires no later than 24 hours after the appointment, subject to a maximum of 32 days. A cancelled appointment's receipt expires no later than 24 hours after cancellation.
Browser scripts cannot read this cookie. Booking contact details and access tokens are not placed in webpage URLs or browser local storage. Cookie expiry does not delete records already received by the office.
Website measurement
The site records contact actions, consultation steps, language, service and a reviewed public page path. Only predefined source, medium and campaign categories are accepted. Names, phone numbers, email addresses, message drafts, document details, complete referral addresses and arbitrary URL parameters are excluded from analytics.
Source categories and the first public landing page are kept in the browser's session storage and reused for at most 30 minutes. There is no persistent visitor identifier. Optional browser measurement is disabled when the browser signals Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. Necessary enquiry and booking records remain available to the office. A measured click does not prove that a call took place or a message was sent.
Sensitive and confidential information
Do not send identity documents, contracts, medical or bank information, opposing-party details, or a detailed legal narrative through public contact channels until the office gives explicit instructions.
An initial contact does not create an advocate-client relationship and does not mean the office has accepted the matter.
External services and your rights
Email, phone, and WhatsApp links hand the action to the relevant provider and its policy.
